In 2006, Family Healthcare, Inc. provided medical care to 15,498 patients. A Department of Health and Human Services, Public Health Service Section 330 Community/Migrant Health Center grant supports access to primary care services for the uninsured, underinsured and indigent through subsidizing a sliding fee scale based on the individual's ability to pay.


Family Practice physicians (multiple openings) needed to serve large medically underserved and indigent patient population in Appalachian Ohio in Chillicothe, Ohio and satellite clinics in Logan, McArthur, New Lexington, The Plains, and Pomeroy at an FQHC. Frequent evening and weekend call; substantial hospital inpatient load plus office patients. Must have M.D. degree or foreign degree equivalent; able to obtain Ohio license, BE in Family Practice.
